Sales and Discounted Items
All sales and discounted items are considered final. We do not offer exchanges or returns on these items.

We only process returns for products that arrive in a damaged condition. Although we relentlessly pursue excellence, we acknowledge that errors may occasionally occur. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please get in touch with us within 72 hours of package delivery. Provide your order number along with an image and description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement after an examination of the damages. Please note that issues reported after 72 hours will not be considered for replacement.

In cases of sizing issues, we can offer an exchange for a different size. If the size you need is unavailable, we will provide store credit, which is valid for 6 months. For style exchanges, your selection must be from the currently available products on our website. Unfortunately, we cannot accept selections from older or sold-out collections due to our limited edition prints and styles.

Credit Codes Credit codes must be used within their validity period. Products purchased with credit codes or received as exchanges are not eligible for further exchanges or returns. All exchanges are considered final. Please note that credit notes have a minimum order value, and we do not refund or extend credit notes issued in exchange.

Please ensure that the item is returned unused, with original tags and packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria will be returned to you. Returns received beyond 7 days from the date of the exchange request will also be sent back to the sender.

If you change your mind, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept the return or provide a refund. However, we encourage you to consider sharing the piece with your friends or family, as they might appreciate it. We reserve the right to decline returns for items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
